QueueMetrics Webinars And they're free
As part of our new series of webinars on QueueMetrics as a call centre monitoring solution for end-users, Authorized Distributors and those interested in becoming Authorized Resellers, we will be hosting a variety of enlightening webinars on the extensive functionality of QueueMetrics within a call centre environment. This series is intended to help IT Managers expand their knowledge about how QueueMetrics offers complete control over what is happening within the call centre, at any given stage.
The upcoming sessions will also cover details about our latest release, the Loway Keyring, which is intended to guide our Resellers in obtaining full control over their customers' licensing, while minimizing their own financial risk.

The webinars are FREE and will be available at different times, in order to complement the various timezones in which our existing and potential Resellers are located. We will be hosting both morning and afternoon sessions in order to accommodate as many Clients as possible.
How do I join the webinar?
To sign up for any of the events, you can simply click on the link below and choose a session at a date and time that are convenient for you. Once we receive your request, you will be sent an email with all the details of the webinar you wish to attend and a Meeting ID, required to access the event.
When you open the email, you will find a link provided to join the meeting. You will then be prompted to download the GoToMeeting client to your PC/laptop - click Yes, Grant or Trust to accept the download. If requested, enter the Meeting Password provided by the meeting organizer. At this stage you will be entered into the meeting and the Attendee Control Panel and GoTomeeting Viewer Window will appear.
Alternatively, you can go to www.joingotomeeting.com and type/paste the Meeting ID provided.
Please make sure that you join the event about fifteen minutes prior to commencement, in order to be sure that all attendees can clearly follow and interact throughout the webinar.
You can leave the webinar at any time, if necessary: from the Attendee Control Panel File Menu, select Exit - Leave Meeting.
