There is a tutorial available on Manual preview dialing using QueueMetrics that features WombatDialer and its new reverse dialing capabilities. This means that your agents can work on shared lists of numbers, preview them in a CRM-style application, and dial them as needed. All from the Agent's page of your QueueMetrics instance and having outbound calls automatically tracked to QueueMetrics.
