This new tutorial details a simple setup to achieve an effective integration between our QueueMetrics call-center monitor for Asterisk and WombatDialer with your favorite Customer Relationship Management software.
Its goal is to setup QueueMetrics in such a way that, when performing outbound calls towards lead numbers downloaded from the CRM, it will automatically open the corresponding Lead page in it.
