ProVu Communications, based in the UK are a specialist VoIP Distributor supplying ISPs / ITSPs plus the IT and Telecoms reseller channel. ProVu have been the distributor for many leading vendors such as snom, Siemens Gigaset, Cisco and AVM ADSL devices since 2001 and have established an excellent reputation for Technical expertise and VoIP knowledge.

ProSys provides ISPs and resellers a fully automated order processing, delivery and configuration service that enables VoIP cpe to be delivered direct to the end user and work out of the box.

In 2007 ProVu expanded its range of VoIP hardware to include a highly developed Asterisk based IP PBX system called SARK. Developed by Jeff Stokoe, an experienced UK based Telecoms engineer, SARK is a new kind of PBX platform. SARK has been built with its own high speed switching engine and has the fastest call switching speed of any Asterisk based system we know of and is therefore ideal for high demand call centre applications.

ProVu selected QueueMetrics call monitoring software primarily for its "best in class" functionality but also for it's ability to run independently of the PBX platform plus its ease of integration with SARK dual server High Availability systems.
