A new section on our QueueMetrics Live website has been dedicated to gathering all the Yeastar PBX and QueueMetrics related guides and tutorials.

QueueMetrics Live is a highly scalable monitoring and reporting suite that addresses the needs of thousands of contact centers worldwide and offers a broad range of integrated benefits like agent productivity monitoring, target measurement, conversion rates tracking, realtime campaign statistics analysis and an easy to use interface. It’s available as a cloud hosted solution service.

The goal of this new section is to have a space for all the Yeastar specific tutorials and guides, related the latest version of the Yeastar firmware and QueueMetrics app, starting August 2019.

This section includes useful information, such as: how to request a 30 day Trial License, enabling the QueueMetrics integration inside Yeastar PBX and the first steps to make inside QueueMetrics.

The section will keep growing, following our customers’ requests and suggestions, as well as regular updates with the most relevant topics. It will have a simple GUI to find the needed tutorial, it will be enough to click on the title you are interested in.
