Now you can assign an outbound campaign to a queue with the new WombatDialer setting panel, operated from the queue configuration page.You can set several campaigns to each queue and define a maximum recall period; agents will see them in the recall scheduler window of the Icon page. They can reach the recall scheduler panel by clicking on the new icon in their call list.
From the Recall Scheduler panel you can schedule a call. Scheduled calls will be queued to WombatDialer and will be run at the time specified.
