Loway announced the release of QueueMetrics version 22.02.

This new release brings with it a large number of improvements to the Reports page, making it more reactive and user-friendly.

System Logs have been improved to be more flexible and clear to see which user did what and why.

Support for Single sign-on with Google and Microsoft accounts has been included, an improved WebRTC soft-phone, and a new theme named Mono.

The reports’ improved performance makes the user experience more responsive and offers a solution that will work for very large systems with 10,000+ agents and 1000+ queues.

Version 22.02 includes a new Timeline view, that lets you know everything about calls’ history and access any related media, and introduces the concept of Call Groupings so that by clicking an icon on DataBlocks a user can navigate a series of tables exploding the metrics in details.
