Four years ago Loway released the first Asterisk contact center survey in order to analyze client satisfaction by polling existing QueueMetrics users.

We plan to go through the results in a special session at AstriCon 2018 in Orlando, Florida, October 9-11.
The survey will only take 5 minutes, responses are anonymous and results will give us all a better understanding of Asterisk industry.
