This morning, at around 9.30 AM CEST, we started receiving reports from our customers about Firefox browsers being blocked. Nothing would ever work, and no page would load.

The same thing happened to our developers using Firefox.

We were able to find a workaround: type about:config in the address bar, click on the button that says “Accept the risk” if it shows up:

1

Now type network.http.http3.enabled in the top search bar, and set it to false, as shown below.

2

Now close the tab, restart Firefox and it should work.

Further updates will follow.

About us

Our QueueMetrics contact-centre monitoring suite lets you see in real-time and with powerful reports what is going on, and who is doing what. And you don’t need to be a contact-centre to use it.

If you pay people to pick up the phone for your customers, and you are not keeping track of what they do, you are losing out.
