We’re excited to announce some major updates to QueueMetrics, designed to make your outbound dialing and reporting experience smoother and more efficient.

Outbound Dialing Just Got Easier

We’ve introduced three new features to improve your outbound dialing game:

  • Native integration with WombatDialer, our powerful predictive dialer software
  • A new memo system to schedule appointments and recalls
  • Assisted Manual Outbound (AMO) mode, a manual dialer that doesn’t require an external dialer

AMO: The Future of Manual Outbound

With AMO, agents can focus on making calls, not copying and pasting numbers. The system provides preview information, automatic dialing, and status code tracking. Plus, supervisors can control the campaign with a simple API.

More Goodies: Improved Reporting, WebRTC Soft-Phone, and More

We’ve also improved our reporting core, added new filters, and introduced a new report to see agent timelines at a glance. Our WebRTC soft-phone is now more reliable and integrated with memos and AMO. And, you can now show or hide caller ID on a user-by-user basis.
