QueueMetrics Live can now connect to a Microsoft Teams instance, read telephony events - both for Teams Telephony and Direct Dial - and produce an accurate representation of all traffic. You can see everything that happened at the telephony level, including inbound, outbound and all Teams-to-Teams calls. After a long beta period, and some million calls processed, the integration is now ready for general availability. This is the ❤️ story of how an initial idea evolved into an useful product - and as all good love stories, it had its twists and detours along the way.

QueueMetrics and WombatDialer are safe from Log4shell

After the discovery of CVE-2021-44228 , popularly known as the Log4shell vulnerability, you should definitely worry whether any Java application you run - or depend on, like for example any cloud service you subscribe to - might be affected. Luckily, QueueMetrics, WombatDialer, our SaaS platform QueueMetrics Live and our Microsoft Teams integration are not affected, as they do not use log4j and do not depend on third-party libraries using it.
